Round shaft

Manhole made of HD-PE sheet material. Safe, clean and fast installation on the construction site. All pipe penetrations are tightly welded. Daytime watertight manhole cover in various designs (bolted). Function and pressure test in the factory. Manufactured by trained and DVS-certified welders, external monitoring and system certification by the SKZ-514.

Basic version:

  • Shaft body made of 10 / 12 mm panel material, base with 15 mm panel thickness
  • Shaft inside diameter 740 mm
  • Manhole cover load class A35 firmly welded, DN600, watertight and bolted, total manhole height 800 mm
  • Distributor beam diameter Ø 90
  • Outlet to WP KH 50 / 63
  • KH 40 / 50 in the EWS flow
  • Setter inline / line control valves 5-42 L/min type “K”
  • Can be fitted with 2 to 8 DA50 EWS connections (maximum 4 per side)
  • Mounting direction freely selectable (6 o’clock, 12 o’clock), without specification 4 connections at 6 o’clock, rest at 12 o’clock (note the exact position of the connections, if different, in the comments field of the order form)
  • 2 x Service-KH with IG insert and dummy cover
  • 1 x combination thermometer/pressure gauge

Options:

  • A15 cover fixed with dome (max. 300 mm) and intermediate plate up to a total height of 1100 mm
  • A15 cover telescopic from total height 900 mm to 1050 mm
  • B125 / D400 lid fixed with dome (max. 300 mm) and intermediate plate up to a total height of 1100 mm
  • B125 / D400 lid telescopic from total height 900 mm to 1050 mm
  • Ball valves in various designs for the WP
  • EWS connections with DA40 or DA32
